AVOLENT and Vengroff, Williams and Associates Partner to Provide Advanced Electronic Billing and Payment BPO Service Offering

Conveyance EIPP Combines Best-In-Class Solution to Improve Customer Service, Accelerate Cash Flow and Reduce Operational Expenses

This solution will be marketed and sold by VWA’s in-house sales staff and VWA’s business partners, and powered by AVOLENT’s industry-leading AVOLENT 7™ Standard Edition software platform. According to both AVOLENT and VWA, Conveyance EIPP will have its first joint customers in production by September, 2006.

Through this unique partnership, the first of its kind to combine a best-in-class BPO provider of receivables management services and the leading software provider of eBilling, VWA’s customers will have the ability to utilize best practices for eBilling, dispute management, and ePayment solutions in a smaller footprint application that requires dramatically less effort to implement. Conveyance EIPP will be sold to VWA’s customers as part of VWA’s growing BPO solutions. AVOLENT will also make VWA’s BPO services available to AVOLENT customers.

Conveyance EIPP delivers improved customer service and satisfaction, reduced administrative costs as related to billing, increased revenues, accelerated cash flow, and enhanced compliance. Conveyance EIPP automates costly, manual tasks with an interactive, self-service online application to streamline processes such as invoicing, billing, and reconciliation.
