Delta Dental Selects AVOLENT's Online Solution to Take a Bite Out of Invoicing Costs
BizCast reduces back office costs and enhances service for over 20,000 employer groups representing 21 million enrollees in 16 states
SAN FRANCISCO — September 20, 2004 — AVOLENT Inc., the leading provider of Financial Relationship Management (FRM) software, today announced that Delta Dental of California, New York and Pennsylvania, together with their affiliates in 13 other states, plan to reduce financial administrative costs and improve cash management for their customers by implementing BizCast™, AVOLENT's online invoicing solution.
BizCast automates the manual financial processes of invoicing, reconciliation, and payment - enabling companies to accelerate cash flow, reduce printing, postage and customer service costs, and to provide their customers or channel partners with self-service access to invoices.
Delta Dental's holding company system is a nonprofit enterprise serving over 21 million enrollees through a network of nearly 55,000 dentists in 16 states. The affiliated Delta Dental Plans have long been recognized for offering innovative programs designed to control costs and ensure quality care.
With BizCast, Delta Dental aims to continue this commitment by helping their 20,000 + employer groups reduce the back-office cost and time for administrating, processing, reconciling and paying of detailed invoices that are received every month. BizCast will provide a centralized billing platform that will allow Delta Dental to enhance service to all customer segments while automating costly and manual financial processes such as customer service, accounts receivable, and member management.
