Course Catalog AVOLENT is continually expanding its course catalog to include a wider variety of both functional and technical courses. Course prices listed are per seat for classes taught at AVOLENT Headquarters in San Francisco, California.
All courses are taught in the standard AVOLENT training environment that utilizes the Windows 2000 operating system, MS SQL Server or Oracle databases, and either Tomcat or JBoss presentation servers. Product documentation provides other platform-specific information and instructors can answer questions regarding different environments. Courses are taught on the latest version of generally available AVOLENT products certified for training.
Courses
AVOLENT Data Mapping
The Contivo data mapping tool, optionally available with AVOLENT is an ideal way to transform customer data into the formats defined by the AVOLENT XSDs. This course covers how to utilize the portions of Contivo needed to set up this process.
AVOLENT Invoice Template Design
The AVOLENT Invoice Designer is an XSL generation tool that is used to easily create invoice templates from a drag-and-drop interface. In addition to learning how to create templates, this course teaches students how to upload their templates into AVOLENT and manage them once they are in the system.
AVOLENT System Operations
AVOLENT production installations must be carefully overseen in order to attain peak performance. This course trains students on the many aspects of maintaining a AVOLENT production application on a daily basis.
AVOLENT Functional Administration
The AVOLENT application administrator must have a solid understanding of creating and configuring objects used within the system. This course is designed to give students an understanding of the features and functionality available in AVOLENT through the biller admin, support, and payer views.
