AVOLENT Functional Administration Description After installing AVOLENT Standard Edition, billers can configure the application to match their business practices, their selected functionality, and match the branding of the application to their own portal. The AVOLENT Configuration Workbook, a useful data gathering document, outlines the main configurations available.
This course provides an introduction to AVOLENT Standard Edition functionality and leads students through the steps necessary to implement the data gathered in a completed sample workbook. Once students implement these configurations, they learn how to migrate their configurations to additional installations using the Biller Import/Export tool.
Audience This course is designed for biller administrators administrators working to implement and configure the functional aspects of AVOLENT Standard Edition for the first time.
Prerequisites Students should have the basic skills of using a web browser.
Objectives
- Learn to use the basic AVOLENT Standard Edition functional elements needed to configure a first-time implementation.
- Use the AVOLENT Configuration Workbook to implement configurations.
- Use the available application configuration wizards to brand an application, edit an invoice layout, and configure 'Search and Filter' pages for Customer and Support view users.
- Learn how configurations in the Biller Administration view affect the application pages and functionality that Customer and Support view users employ.
