Description
The AVOLENT Invoice Designer is an XSL generation tool that is used to easily create invoice templates from a drag-and-drop interface. In addition to learning how to create templates, this course teaches students how to upload their templates into AVOLENT and manage them once they are in the system.

Audience
The course is designed for invoice template administrators who need to design and manage PDF templates that customers download from the AVOLENT system.

Prerequisites
Knowledge that is not required but helpful for this course consists of XSL, XML, and desired formats for company invoices.

Objectives

• Understand AVOLENT Architecture in relation to invoice design and management
• Create basic invoices with static and dynamic data
• Add images to invoices
• Create dynamic tables on invoices
• Add raw XSL functionality into invoices
• Combine invoices into a multi-layout format
• Uploading invoices into AVOLENT
• Managing AVOLENT invoices for use with certain accounts or time periods
