AVOLENT System Operations Description
AVOLENT production installations must be carefully overseen in order to attain peak performance. This course trains students on the many aspects of maintaining an AVOLENT production application on a daily basis.
Audience
This course is designed for those who administer the technical aspects of AVOLENT on a daily basis.
Prerequisites
Students should understand the support systems for their AVOLENT environment, and have basic understandings of databases and scripting.
Objectives
- Understand AVOLENT Architecture in relation to daily operations
- Understand the AVOLENT data model for custom reporting
- Install an AVOLENT environment
- Utilize the Server Administrator tool to configure AVOLENT
- Enable logging and learn to read logs effectively
- Manage data loaders and extracting batch servers
- Understand ramifications involved in performance tuning
- Learn how to effectively communicate with AVOLENT's Technical Support
