Description
Implementers who are new to AVOLENT need a thorough introduction to the system that covers the major aspects of AVOLENT development in a short time frame. This course is designed to meet the needs of experienced developers interested in touching all aspects of the AVOLENT system.

Audience
This course is designed for AVOLENT implementation partners.

Prerequisites
Students should have basic knowledge of JAVA, XML, XSL, database design, and SDKs.

Objectives

• Understand AVOLENT Architecture in relation to development needs
• Understand the AVOLENT data model Rebrand the AVOLENT application
• Customize the AVOLENT user interface Extend the object model with custom data objects
• Create new pagelets to implement data object changes
• Utilize Contivo for data mapping capabilities
• Run the AVOLENT data loaders for importing data
• Create and manage invoice templates for downloading PDF's from AVOLENT
• Understand the basics of AVOLENT implementation and roles of system integrators in the process
