AVOLENT provides three packages of our industry leading application: Express, Standard, and Enterprise. The continuum of solutions offered through AVOLENT, allows both large corporations and small-medium businesses to fulfill the electronic billing and settlement requirements for both B2B and B2C through the same software solution on either a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) or On Premise model.

AVOLENT's Interactive Electronic Billing and Payment application provides your customers with a Web-based self-service solution for all their billing and payment needs. The AVOLENT solution suite allows you to deliver a complete solution, tailored to meet your specific needs.

  • Deliver self-service: Only AVOLENT's solution provides the level of self-service functionality that automates every key financial transaction with your customer including billing adjustment, dispute resolution, account information updates, and payment on a 24x7 basis.
  • Consolidate billing: AVOLENT's unique approach consolidates data from multiple lines of business into one simple bill, enabling you to easily add new services or acquired customers without disrupting your A/R operations or modifying existing systems. By consolidating billing data rather than billing systems, your organization saves $8-15 million in IT costs and years of effort.

Self-Service
  • Bill Presentment: Present bills electronically to your customers, and setup notifications to alert them to the arrival of new online bills. Bills are delivered securely in any format and with any relevant information assigned.
  • Online Reprint: End-users can reprint bills directly from the online interface, which significantly reduces support calls.
  • eSettlement: Internal users or end-users can pay bills using a bank account (i.e. ACH) or credit card. AVOLENT has an extensible payment provider interface, with pre-built adapters included for specific payment providers. For any disputes that may arise, discrepancies are solved quickly and easily - even individual line items - by allowing end-users to dispute bills online, which in turn reduces support calls and saves you time and money.
  • Member Reconciliation (aka "Add/Term/Modify" for Health Insurance): Benefit Administrators can make member and policy adjustments online to reconcile the bill with their current member roster.
  • User-Defined Line Item Grouping: End-users can choose to dynamically redisplay the charges on a bill grouped in a manner that is more meaningful to them (e.g. by cost center, geography, etc.).
Billing Consolidation
  • Backend System Synchronization: All transactions will be synchronized across AVOLENT and backend systems such as A/R, CRM, and Eligibility systems.
  • Consolidation: Combine bills from multiple backend systems into a single, consolidated bill for a unified customer experience.
  • Batch Print: Use AVOLENT as the centralized hub for all bill distribution - both electronic and print. An online job scheduler and flexible print formats allow customers to take control of their print operations, whether the printing and distribution is done in-house or through a 3rd party provider.
  • Multiple Delivery Channels: AVOLENT supports presentation and distribution of bills via many methods including - but not limited to - the web, email, print, EDI, XML, CSV, and the Ariba Supplier Network.
